Guarantee and Return Policy

At Brannon's, we take pride inour satisfied customers. If you are dissatisfied with any product that you have purchased, return it within 30 days of purchase and we will be glad to issue a credit. We only ask that you help us by using the following guidelines and exceptions:

• Please fill out and submit the Return Authorization form on this web page or call us to request a credit return.
   
  
• All returns must be requested within 30 days of invoice date.
   
  
• All returns (other than defective) must be unopened, with no labels or writing on the product or manufacturer's packaging.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:
Defective products can only be returned to Brannon's within 30 days from invoice date. Any other defects after the 30 days must be handled directly with the manufacturer of the product. Call us and we will be glad to assist you in locating the manufacturer of your product.

OFFICE MACHINES:
We can and will sell you any type of machinery in our catalog (i.e. printers, cash registers, fax machines, copiers, digital cameras, camcorders, telephones, etc.), but we do not have a service technician to assist you if something goes wrong with your product. If that is a concern for you, then we may not be the right choice for those items. These items too, only have a 30-day warranty; anything after that would have to be handled through the manufacturer.

SPECIAL ORDER PRODUCTS:
Special order furniture, printing, and any customized item, does not qualify under our return policy.
